In Go4TMS new assignments are set up quickly and efficiently through the creation of transport files. Fixed routes or trajectories can be used again, or previously executed transports can be copied to a new assignment.
After delivery at the final destination, the most adequate return load can be added on, thanks to the planning tool. We focus on keeping the empty kilometers rate as low as possible. The planning board offers a clear overview of all transports over several days. A connection with your on-board computer or another ‘track & trace’ device ensures valuable data is communicated to Go4TMS.
Administrative procedures do not need to be put on hold until the driver returns a couple of days later. Loading and unloading times, mileage, waiting times, and digital CMR records are communicated in real time and speed up the invoicing procedure. This guarantees all transportation files are processed smoothly. Various additional costs such as (road) toll, diesel charges, waiting hours etc. are calculated automatically.
